Our Story
We've been a family-owned spot in Glastonbury for over 23 years, serving up brick-oven pizza to our friends and neighbors. Recently, we decided to take things on the road with Gio's on the Go- our wood-fired pizza truck. At the shop you'll get that classic brick-oven taste, and on the truck, you'll get the smoky flavor of wood fire.
